The Directors and management of FSOA have been involved with the establishment of the Industry based quality programmes developed and adopted by the Australian Meat (and Livestock) industries for more than 40 years. Since the establishment of the old “Australian Meat and Livestock Corporations” team of “Quality Assurance Assessment Officers” who were formed to introduce Quality Assurance into the Meat and Livestock industries following the Royal Commission in 1982 all the way through to the setting up of Aus-Meat and now to the AAO program. It’s just another step in what’s been a long road
The Directors of FSOA have been part of the industries continued evolvement over the last 35 years . They have been associated with the processors, the producers , the Regulatory authorities and of course the bodies set up to maintain the integrity of the system while allowing industry to assume greater responsibility.
Food Safety Operations Australia formally Eville & Jones Food Safety Operations were the first company to obtain NATA accreditation, since obtaining this accreditation FSOA has built a strong reputation as being reliable and exceeding expectations of its client. FSOA Staff and Management continue to build upon the relationships they have within the Australian Red Meat Industry
